Reports: Test Key

• Select Test or Test Key.

• Print this many copies: specify a number of copies to print.

• Select Summary to show a condensed version of the test or test key.

• Select Detail to show the entire test (also enables additional print options).

• Prerequisite: during the creation of your test, you selected the Edit Media test parameter and included media (BMP, GIF, ICO, JPG) in one or more questions.

• Output: displays Media images in the previewed/printed test.

• Prerequisite: during the creation of your test, you have associated all/some of your test questions with Subjects.

• Output: displays question subjects in the previewed/printed test.
  Hide Lines

• Output: hides the grid lines that are, by default, displayed in preview and print.

Prerequisite: during the creation of your test, you have included question references for some/all of your test questions.
Output: displays question references in the previewed/printed test.

Output: wraps questions at the bottom of a page to the next page. If this option is not checked, a question that does not fit at the bottom of one page begins on the next page. We recommend previewing your test first, especially if you have also selected the Print Images option.

• Prerequisite: during the creation of your test, you have enabled the Test Question Bank.

• Output: display or print a different instance of the test based on the Test Question Bank settings. If the Test Question Bank is not enabled in your test, all test questions are displayed or printed. Note: if you print a test followed by a test key, the resulting test will not match.

If you need a matching test and test key, uncheck Use Test Question Bank.

If you need to print a matched test and test key using the Test Question Bank settings, select the Simple Test Key report instead of the Test Key report.
Answer Layout

This option either shows answers as one vertical column in the report, or splits answers into two columns to save space.

1. Click the + sign next to Reports.

2. Select (highlight) Test Key.

• Print Options: Test.

• Print this many copies: 1.

• Report type: Detail.

• * check Hide Lines.

• * uncheck Wrap Question to Next Page (optional).

• * uncheck Use Test Question Bank.

• Use Test Question Bank: uncheck.

• Answer layout: either 1 or 2 column.
