Before reviewing this topic and using this feature we assume:
You have a good understanding of how to navigate through TG and have already had some experience creating, editing, activating and taking a test.
You have generated one or more reports and have a basic understanding of how the various Report options work.
If not, we recommend QuickStart (see the Table of Contents).
Reports can be printed directly from the Tester after a test taker completes a test. To enable this option:
Select Test Settings > Test Properties > Options Tab, then select Print a Study Guide, Test, or Test Key > Study Guide.
Check the Print at the end of the test check box.
Select the type of report and report options you want to enable.
At the conclusion of a test-taking session, a test author can:
Include a Test or Test Key printout.
Include a Study Guide or a Study Guide and Test Key printout.
Select various printout Options and layout.
Experiment with one of the Sample Class tests, or create your own, short test. If you do decide to enable this option, we recommend doing it only in a proctored environment and for individual test taking sessions or for small groups/short tests. In most cases, we do not recommend providing choosing the printout at the end of a test. This is especially true for long tests and/or where many test takers are involved.
