The Study Guide report is a snapshot of the Test Taker's test, displaying each answer selected by the Test Taker (unanswered questions are left blank).
The report can display/print/export a Study Guide or Study Guide with Test Key. The report can display all of the test questions or only the missed questions. You can also print a Test and Test Key.
In the tree view, select Reports > Study Guide.
The tree view expands, displaying a string of Course.
Selecting the [class] icon displays a table listing test activity. You can sort this list by the column headers.
Select the icon or folder containing the Test Taker you're looking for, or use the Find User icon (
) to locate the [taker].
Right-click your row selection to display the output options.
Note: you can also activate the display options from the File menu or icon toolbar. They include Preview, Print and Export: Preview displays reports in a separate window.
The report window contains an icon toolbar with print, print setup, export, magnification and find icons.
Export displays the various output formats supported in TG Reports: .csv, .txt, .rtf, .xls, .pdf, .doc
