While listed as Step 6 in the QuickStart tutorial; do not interpret this topic too literally. You can enroll your test takers immediately after creating a class, or later in the process.
Before reviewing this topic we assume you have:
Reviewed QuickStart… Steps 1 through 5.
Reviewed/experimented-with the Sample Course enrollment.
Created a course and saved a test under that course.
You may or may not have a well thought out set of policies. If you don't we recommend you think through how you want to manage this process. We recommend experimenting with the Sample Class and its tests or creating your own class and tests and experimenting with the test settings and enrollment options.

Test Administrators can enroll test takers at a test level. To enroll one or more test takers in a test:
From the tree view under TG’s main window (home page), select the course, then select the test to display the test information.
Click the Trainees tab. The All Trainees enrolled in this course pane displays the list of enrollees.
Select the test takers you wish to make eligible for this test and click the Add button to add them to the Trainees eligible to take this test pane.
By default, test takers enrolled at a test level become eligible to take the test upon enrollment (assuming the test has been activated. If the test has not been activated, the enrolled test taker(s) become eligible to take the test when the test is activated).
From the tree view:
Select the course, then select the test to display the test information.
Click the Trainees tab to display the All Trainees enrolled in this Course list on the left and the Trainees eligible to take this Test list on the right.
In the Trainees eligible to take this Test list, select one or more takers you want to un-enroll from the test and then click <<Remove.
