You are an administrator; you've created your class, your test, and enrolled your test takers. You want to make the test as easy for your test takers to access as possible.
If you have TG LAN and your test takers are taking the test at a set time, you may want to go to each Tester client machine and start Tester from the Test Generator program group (Start > Programs > Test Generator) beforehand. The Log In window automatically opens your test takers simply have to enter their individual User IDs and Passwords to access the test.
If you have TG Desktop or you have TG LAN but your test takers will not take the test at a set time, you may simply want to put a shortcut to Tester in an obvious place on the desktop. Find the file’sTester.exe" in My Computer and right-click to create a shortcut.
If you have Web Tester, direct the users to the site via the URL. This can be a shortcut on the desktop.
Remember to set the test activation times and dates correctly and to permit testing in the Activation folder of Test Properties.
