Tests cannot be taken until activated by an Administrator or Instructor.
Open the test.
Select Test Settings > Test Properties> General tab.
Use the From and To fields, the beginning and ending dates and times to establish the test activation to the minute.
You can also set a Time Limit for taking the test. Beware of how you use the Time Limit with Retakes.
Permit Testing must be activated before anyone can take the test:
Click the Permit Testing icon (
) in the Standard Toolbar. This button is green when selected and red when not selected
Test Activation can be checked in the Test Generator main window by highlighting the test name under Classes and Tests in the Tree Directory, then opening the Activation folder on the right side of the window.
