A test certificate can be printed directly from the Tester upon Test Takers’ completion of the test. This certificate can show information such as the test taker’s name, date and time of test completion, and whether the test taker passed or failed the test. After the test, the test taker is prompted that a test certificate will be printed.

Creating a Certificate

  1. Select Test Settings > Test Properties > Options tab in the Test Editing window.

  2. Under After the Test, click Certificate to open the After the Test, Print Certificate dialog.

  3. Place a check in the After the Text, Print Certificate check box.

  4. You can either create the certificate in the text area of the dialog, or create it in a word processor and copy (or cut) and paste in the text.

The certificate is a combination of static text and optional Test Generator variables. The available variables and a sample certificate are shown below.

Note: Tests certificates are not secure and should not be used as official documentation of test scores. Be sure the printer is configured for each Tester client machine before administering a test with an associated certificate.
