Surveys are non-scored tests designed for Administrators and Instructors to get feedback from their Test Takers. Surveys are created and administered much like tests, with a few variations. There is also a Survey Report designed explicitly to check survey results. Surveys can be added on to the end of tests or delivered as separate survey sessions.
To create a survey:
Select File > New Survey or click the New Survey icon (
) on the toolbar in the main Test Generator window.
You enter the test editing environment and the Test Editing Summary window just as if you were creating a test, however, certain features are disabled. For example, certain Test Properties such as Retakes and Tester Options are not supported for surveys.
Once in the Test Editing Summary window, create your survey questions just as you would test questions. Note: Fill In the Blanks and Point and Click questions are not supported for surveys.
