The Test Takers Scores report displays a tan individual test taker’s scores. Useful for monitoring individual performance across Tests and/or Classes.
The Preview and Print Summary reports include the report Date, [Taker] Name and ID. The Average Class Score, Standard Deviation and Overall Average Score complete the report.
The Preview and Print Detail reports include the report Date, [taker] Name, [Class] Name, Test Name, Test Value, Start and Stop Date, Time and Attempt #. Below that, a table displaying the presentation number of the test item, Question Text, Question #, Value, Score and Subject. The Section Total Score and Total Score complete the report.
Note: if the test has been randomized, the first (presentation #) column, will not match the number under the Question # column. The Question # column will display the actual test question number.
In the tree view, select Reports > Trainee Scores.
The tree view expands, displaying a string of user directories and/or Trainee (Test Taker) icons.
Select the icon or folder containing the Trainee (Test Taker) you're looking for, or use the Find User icon 
to locate the [taker].
Selecting the icon displays a table of tests taken by that [taker]. Each row in the table represents a test.
Right-click your row selection to display the output options.
Note: you can also activate the display options from the File menu or icon toolbar. They include Preview, Print and Export: Preview displays reports in a separate window.
The report window contains an icon toolbar with print, print setup, export, magnification and find icons.
Export displays the various output formats supported in TG Reports: .csv, .txt, .rtf, .xls, .pdf, .doc
