The Question Reference Report displays the test questions and the test author's associated question references. The report can display/print/export all of the test questions, only missed questions, or questions grouped by question reference.
To use this report, the test author must first assign question references to each test question. This is done in advance of activating a test and making it available to [takers].
In the tree view, select Reports
> Misc> Question Reference.
The tree view expands, displaying a string of Courses.
Selecting the Course icon displays a table listing test activity. You
can sort this list by the column headers.
Select the icon or folder containing
the Test Taker you're looking for, or use the Find
User icon (
) to locate
the [taker].
Select the test (row) in the table.
Right-click your row selection to display the output options.
Note: you can also activate the display options from the File menu or icon toolbar. They include Preview, Print and Export: Preview displays reports in a separate window.
The report window contains an icon toolbar with print, print setup, export, magnification and find icons.
Export displays the various output formats supported in TG Reports: .csv, .txt, .rtf, .xls, .pdf, .doc
