Reports Overview

The Enrollment Report displays a table listing of Courses: [Course Name], Description and Enrollment. The report display includes a report date, [Course] Name, description and Notes followed by a table displaying an enrollment roster organized by last name, first name, ID #, User ID and an encrypted password string.

  1. In the tree view, Reports > Misc > Enrollment.
    Displays a table on the right containing a list of Courses.

  2. Select a Course (row) in the table.

  3. Right-click your row selection to display the output options.

Note: you can also activate the display options from the File menu or icon toolbar. They include Preview, Print and Export: Preview displays reports in a separate window.

The report window contains an icon toolbar with print, print setup, export, magnification and find icons.

Export displays the various output formats supported in TG Reports: .csv, .txt, .rtf, .xls, .pdf, .doc
