The process for enrolling test takers (test takers) in a course is similar to enrolling test takers in a test, the difference being that test takers enrolled at course level are not automatically enrolled at a test level. Because eligibility requirements vary from Test taker to Test taker; their enrollment dates vary.
You have either already created a course containing tests, or you will be creating a one.
The Students enrolled in this Course… check box is unchecked.
Note: By default, this option is normally checked; however, because of the staggered enrollments, you do not want to automatically enroll users in tests.
Students must be enrolled in the Course to be eligible for enrollment in a test.
From TG’s home page/tree view:
Select your Course to display the course information. The Enrollment tab contains the All Trainers pane listing the entire enrollment.
Select either a single test taker or a folder (group) of test takers and enroll them in the Course by clicking the Add button. Every enrollee appears under the Enrolled in this Course pane.
