To activate email, you must first define your email settings in System > Settings > General tab, and the User must have a valid email address in the Test Generator database. The settings applied here are based on the parameters defined for your own email server. If you do not know what these settings are, please contact your IT department or technical resource person.
Email options are available for the following TG test properties under:
Test Properties > Schedule tab Eligibility >Notifications: Send emails to test takers based on when they are eligible to take a test.
Test Properties > Options tab > Before the Test > Email: Alerts test administrator(s) a test taker has begun a test.
Test Properties > Options tab > After the Test > Email: Generate email at the completion of a test to notify test takers.
